Today's businesses and organizations are confronted with a multitude of complex
issues, choices, opportunities, and challenges. They deal with a myriad of information
and data, including an overwhelming amount of minutia. They employ managers, administrators
and staff with diverse backgrounds and skill sets; with various levels of education,
expertise and competencies; and with ideas, opinions, and goals that sometimes conflict
more than they agree. Organizational structure oftentimes lags behind the needs
of growing entities, the continually evolving technology, and the ever-changing
marketplace.
Communications between different groups in the same office is often less than adequate,
and communications between geographically diverse offices may be nonexistent. We
employ a unique set of facilitation skills and processes to: help key decision makers
identify issues that hamper the cohesiveness and the effectiveness of their organizations;
focus the energies of key decisionmakers and staff in defining those issues and
stating appropriate goals; and promote the synergies of the facilitation team in
resolving those issues and achieving specific goals or missions.
